I value building genuine connections with clients and supporting them as they make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change. It is a privilege to witness growth, even in small and gradual ways. I work with individuals who are open to understanding themselves, including those who may have had difficult or unhelpful past therapy experiences.
My clinical experience includes anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns, including the impact of childhood adversity. I take a grounded, supportive approach and use an integrative framework that includes cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy skills, and a person-centered focus on each client’s lived experience. Therapy is tailored to the individual, with a strong commitment to cultural humility.
Clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and accepted without judgment, with care taken to move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. I recognize the vulnerability involved in beginning therapy and prioritize building trust through consistency, patience, and genuine presence. In my own life, I value ongoing self-reflection and growth, which helps me show up authentically in my work.

My training in trauma-informed care and experience with complex relational trauma allow me to support survivors of narcissistic abuse in understanding and healing from deeply confusing and painful relationship dynamics. I focus on helping clients reconnect with their sense of self, rebuild inner trust, and strengthen healthy boundaries. I offer a space where your experiences are met with belief, care, and understanding, especially if you have felt dismissed or invalidated in the past. I have completed the SNAP Psychoeducational Recovery Program under the supervision of Mandy Friedman LPCC-S.
