I value the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative and reflective space where clients can process their experiences and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. I find meaning in witnessing clients gain insight and supporting the rebuilding of a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.
My ideal client shows up as they are able on any given day, with openness and a willingness to engage in the counseling process. I view therapy as a partnership grounded in mutual respect and shared learning.
I have experience working with severe and persistent mental illness, including Bipolar Disorders and Schizophrenia, as well as personality disorders, adult ADHD, depression, anxiety, and older adults (65+).
I offer a structured, transparent approach while reinforcing confidentiality, naming discomfort when it appears, and affirming client autonomy throughout our work together.
