One of the greatest privileges of being a therapist is helping clients embrace their authentic selves and build lives that align with their values. I enjoy working with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the lasting effects of narcissistic abuse. My ideal clients are curious, open to learning, and committed to personal growth, even when the process feels challenging. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or navigating the impact of unhealthy relationships, I strive to create a supportive, compassionate space where you feel understood and empowered.
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporates psychoeducation and mindfulness to help clients better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and increase your confidence in navigating life's challenges. Having experienced therapy from both the client and therapist perspectives, I understand how vulnerable change can feel, and I'm committed to providing guidance, encouragement, and evidence-based tools every step of the way.
Outside of the therapy office, I enjoy restoring vintage finds, practicing hot yoga, cooking and baking nutritious meals, and unwinding with The Real Housewives—I'm a fan of the entire franchise! I believe making space for balance, joy, and connection is an important part of overall well-being, and I encourage my clients to discover what brings them the same sense of fulfillment.

Healing from an abusive relationship—especially one involving narcissistic abuse—can feel overwhelming, but it can also be one of the most empowering journeys a person takes. Through personal experience witnessing the impact of narcissistic abuse within my own family, along with specialized professional training, I understand how deeply these relationships can affect a person's sense of identity, trust, and self-worth. I strive to provide a safe, validating space where you can process your experiences without judgment while learning practical skills to rebuild self-trust, establish healthy boundaries, and move toward lasting healing.
I have completed the SNAP: Survivors of Narcissistic & Abusive Personalities training and continue to receive specialized supervision and training from Mandy Friedman, LPCC-S, to provide informed, compassionate, and evidence-based care for survivors of narcissistic abuse. One of the greatest rewards of this work is watching survivors reconnect with themselves, rediscover their voice, trust their intuition, and build lives that reflect who they truly are.
