I love being able to show up for people in a way that feels real—just offering support, without pressure, when they need someone to meet them where they are. My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed, misunderstood, or unsure where to start, but is open to having someone walk along side them. I’ll be here with you and we will figure it out together, one step at a time.
My approach is flexible and collaborative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to challenge unhelpful thoughts, Narrative Therapy to help rewrite old stories, and a Person-Centered approach to make sure clients feel truly understood. I make it a point to understand each client’s individual background and values, so our work together feels respectful, relevant, and meaningful to who you are.
You’ll have someone in your corner who listens closely, helps you make sense of what you’re feeling, and creates a space where it’s okay to not have it all figured out. It can be hard to face deeply rooted patterns or to trust the process when progress doesn’t feel immediate. I support clients by helping them set realistic goals and by normalizing the ups and downs that come with personal growth.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy photography and spending time with my Australian Shepherd who keeps life fun and unpredictable.

I have received training to help survivors of narcissistic abuse, specifically in SNAP, which is an educational recovery program that covers the topics of abusive personalities, targets of abuse, abusive relationships and recovery from abuse.
I offer a safe, validating space for clients to rebuild trust in themselves, set healthy boundaries, and make sense of what they’ve experienced, without judgment or pressure. I admire their resilience and strength. It’s meaningful to help them reclaim their voice, reconnect with their sense of self, and begin to feel whole again
